Where Was I? 04:53
where was I? feels like I've been in hiding for a year or more I am unsure of where these dreams are taking me they're taking me away it's taken its toll on me I realize now I cannot be free when in reality we are alone each individually we're all alone in a sea of time we leave behind I am aware of time closing in so once again I sing to you about a thing or two inside a lonely head like mine you were too close to the edge you had to take a step back but if I could find where you left my mind that night it was too cold for you I'd pay us both back in cold hard cash a league of thieves and phantoms is all I've known but nothing's gonna change my goal it stays the same as it's always been it's always been the same as freedom and peace for all
2.
Windows 03:55
windows I see through frame a lonely vision of empty cars and washed off skyscrapers thought I had you figured thought I knew it all I wore out my feelings over you let me finish I've listened long enough tales of privilege never add up to much I never thought that I could be in such a promising position audiences beg they hang on your every word listen close but it's you they still haven't heard blow the dust off softly you listen up to me like a lotus blossoming it is an awesome thing to see let me finish I've listened long enough tales of privilege never add up to much I never thought that I could be in such a promising position

Be Awhile 03:20
stars gather me up at the knee I am alive most of the time but I'll be dead eternally ages ago I was getting old I was dreaming of a day when I stayed above me take me home and drive me off the road into a ditch of unwelcome style I will be a while each of us has one chance to look back but each of us knows there will be no going back if you go blind you can have my eyes and if you lose your mind oh babe, please take mine take me home and drive me off the road into a ditch of unwelcome style I will be a while
4.
Open Door 03:30
each minute of the day there's nothing to say I am on a limb the wilderness of life I cannot lie it's bothering me wake up I am waiting for an open door grab at the leaves as they fall from the trees you're trying to put them back on well your subtlety delights me let's turn off the time wake up I am waiting for an open door wherefore and why is the sky nothing at all? however blue however overcast however endless with stars wake up I am waiting for an open door
5.
Consequences 03:37
fate is the one I have to love fate is all I need to love refuse to hold a hand unfolded out and you will face the consequences alone a fair game is all I came to play a fair deal is all I am after but disaster is everywhere and no one cares who is to say reality is or is not all we can see? who is to know the ways we go when we go we have no clues at all peel all the pain and ring the bells grab hold of the wheel and steer
6.
you satisfy my soul you satisfy my mind I'm about to lose control but each time I get up I have to sit back down much too alive too alive to die hands on your eyes reach for the skies don't wanna know your name just wanna learn your game just wanna give you a thrill but I swear baby you take all of my skill much too alive too alive to die hands on your eyes reach for the skies but there's nothing to see less to know take it from me I've been down this road alone and it's an ugly thing to believe in a dream it's getting time to go not much else to be said do not forget your coat it's getting so cold out even you could get a bit colder
7.
where are we now? in what vague amount? we're higher than the sky the blind will gladly lead the blind out of honesty but tell me who do I see? in the mirror staring at me with a smile curling around teeth all falling out eyes gone black with endless doubt take heed get behind me everyone has a way through his own life and everyone has a different way to die wait up for me I am running late blame it on the trains it's no fashion statement I intend to make is this the first scene or the last? where I find I died of a heart attack in what way shall I pray? easily confused with surroundings I am take heed get behind me everyone has a way through his own life and everyone has a different way to die

Dream Awake 03:18
I am glad to meet you glad to be on your side all see things differently or least we try it's all a sign of the times it's happening in your mind things fall from the tree and as it gets to me I begin to dream awake messages float up in me lifeboats in the sea I'm seeing signs where they shouldn't be it's not always easy so fix my glass let's raise a toast resolve to keep a holier ghost in mind I sing now of camaraderie I sing to you of life the acid bath awaits us there we may as well fly high or die trying it's just a sign of the times it's happening in your mind things fall from the tree and as it gets to me I begin to dream awake dream awake

Swear 06:30
I swear to you it's nothing I wouldn't do to hold onto a vision or two of you hear me out I've been thinking long about the ways you look at me it makes me wanna scream it gives me a head of steam so give me time and a bottle of your finest wine send me on my way somewhere near we all struggle or keep insincere we all do have a place deep within the past a place within the past sidelong eyes thrown my way are enough to capture eternity the well-worn ruse predictable excuse to keep all you came here to grab there's no dream but the one inside of me it's the only thing keeping me going I've been out out of gas for a while now been stuck here at the turnstile thinking of a coast of what I need the most sidelong eyes thrown my way are enough to capture eternity the well-worn ruse predictable excuse to keep all you came here to grab but you leave everything else to me
